Fruit juice drinks can be divided into the following types:
(1) Raw juice and concentrated juice
Juice obtained directly from fresh fruit by mechanical means is called raw juice. Original juice with evaporation or freezing methods to remove part of the natural water, so that the concentration of more than 2 times, known as concentrated juice. The concentrate contains no added sugar, colorings, preservatives, flavors or artificial sweeteners.
(2) Original pulp and concentrated pulp

(3) Fruit juice
With the original fruit juice or concentrated fruit juice with sugar, sour agent and other modulation can be directly drinkable products called fruit juice, its original fruit juice content is not less than 40%.
(4) Fruit juice drinks
Fruit juice drinks are made of raw fruit pulp (concentrated fruit pulp) with sugar and acid agent, and the content of raw fruit pulp is not less than 35% and the content of soluble solid is not less than 13%
(5) Fruit syrup
With the original fruit juice or concentrated fruit juice with sugar and citric acid adjusted to more than 60% of the sugar content of the product diluted after drinking is called juice syrup, the content of the original fruit juice of the product is generally more than 40%.
(6) Fruit juice drinks
By the original fruit juice or concentrated fruit juice mixed with sugar, acid and other products called fruit juice drinks, fruit juice drinks in the original fruit juice content in 6-20%. If 5% fruit is added, it is called fruit juice drink. Fruit juice drinks contain national legal pigment, essence and preservatives is normal.
